TEAM ORGANIZATION/DESIGN APPROACH

Jennings H Hackler & Partners Inc. has organized the firm and its Project Teams to provide the highest level of architectural experience and professional services to clients throughout the entire course of each project.

Using experienced registered architects for each key position on the design team, the firm stresses the correct application of building design and technology at each phase of project development. with continuous quality control and Principal oversight.

The work of each Project is lead by one of the studio's Principals or Associate Principals. The Principal and the Project Manager not only manage the project but are heavily involved in design work and quality reviews during each phase of design. Both stay with the project and carry their knowledge of project history and development into the construction phase of the project, They conduct the construction administration services provided by the firm, walk the construction site, and administer the construction contract for the Client until the project is complete.

This continuity of the design effort and the construction services of the firm provides clients with a much better coordination effort that also adds value to the construction process and provides a higher quality of construction review for Clients.
